Our Bluff, Utah Motel

About Our Motel in Bluff, UT

Vance and Laura Nielson along with Vance’s parents, Hans Joseph and Belva Nielson, built the Kokopelli Inn in 1990. After finding countless travelers sleeping in their cars at night in the parking lot of their grocery store, K&C, the owners realized there was a need for more lodging in this picturesque part of Utah.

This totally fit what I was looking for, basic room at a good price. Beds were comfortable and the fridge in the room worked great. It was super easy to get to Monument Valley, Gooseneck State Park and the Valley of the Gods drive. The smokehouse restaurant across the street is really good! Definitely recommend this place if your looking for a cheaper place to lay your head for the night.

Perfect for Comb Wash adventures. The Sinclair attached has made to order pizzas and burgers, the lobby has free ice machines for our coolers, the staff were lovely. Should be packed.

Five black stars, with the center star largest and the others smaller beside it.

Green Rabbit

Small, basic, but clean rooms. Everything worked despite the outside appearance. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Towels and linens were clean. Had not expected the bathroom/closet/kitchen, but with the two full sized beds it was fine. View was great and loved the weather. Definitely go in October because of the art festival and the weather.
